1. Return Window
At Alofini Private Limited, we offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange β subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be raised within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must not be from the non-returnable category (listed below).
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased during clearance sale (clearly marked "Final Sale")
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 5 days of delivery
4. How to Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return through any of the following methods:
- Online: Go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Return".
- Email: Write to returns@alofini.com with your order number and reason.
- Phone: Call us at +91 8420365875 (MonβSat, 10amβ7pm).
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your registered delivery address within 2β3 business days.
5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refund is credited within 5β7 business days after quality check approval.
- Store Credit / Wallet: Instant credit upon return approval (if preferred).
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via bank transfer β please provide account details when raising the return request.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer free size or color exchanges within the 5-day window, subject to stock availability. If the preferred size/color is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Exchange items will be shipped within 3β5 business days after the original item is picked up.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
