1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alofini website or mobile application operated by Alofini Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Account

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@alofini.com.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In case of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Products may be discontinued or go out of stock without notice.

5. Shipping

We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping; otherwise a flat charge of ₹80 applies. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. For full details, please read our Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and product designs — is the property of Alofini Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alofini Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ariadaha, Kolkata 700057.
